About Your Host

Positioning himself as an “arms dealer for the creative revolution”, Todd Henry teaches leaders and organizations how to establish practices that lead to everyday brilliance. He is the author of five books (The Accidental Creative, Die Empty, Louder Than Words, Herding Tigers, The Motivation Code) which have been translated into more than a dozen languages, and he speaks and consults across dozens of industries on creativity, leadership, and passion for work.

With more than twelve million downloads, his podcast The Accidental Creative offers weekly tips for how to stay prolific, brilliant, and healthy.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly are the "meetups" ?

Each cohort meets virtually four times, by video, for 90 minutes each week. There is a short amount of teaching about a topic, then we break up into groups to discuss and problem-solve together. 

Do I have to prepare for the meetups?

Because CLR is an intensive, four-week program, you will be given homework to complete between sessions. However, don’t worry – it’s not busywork. It’s designed to help you apply what we’ve just discussed, or to prepare you for our next topic.

Do I have to attend every meetup ?

We recommend it. However, CLR participants are busy pros with a lot of responsibility. Therefore, if you aren’t able to make every meetup there is always a replay available both as audio and video. 

Does Todd Henry lead every meetup?

As of now, yes. It’s possible that there will be a transition to a new group of hosts at some point in the future, but for now Todd will lead each conversation.

Can my entire team join ?

Absolutely! And, we have special pricing for multiple memberships. You can even manage those memberships from your own dashboard, adding and removing team members as needed. And if you’d like, we can place your entire team into its own discussion pod. 

What if I don't like it?

We are committed to your growth. If you decide after the first session that CLR isn’t for you, we are happy to offer a refund.
