Leading talented people is hard. Don't do it alone.

Creative Leader Roundtable is a one of a kind program for leaders of small and mid-sized creative teams.

Discover practical strategies for unleashing your team’s brilliance and discuss real-time issues you’re facing with others who “get it”.

Creative leadership is unlike any other kind of role.

You have to manage the workload,  personalities, conflicts, and career ambitions while somehow steering the team through tightening budgets, technology changes, and less-than-clear client conversations. (Oh, and that thing that was due next Tuesday? It’s now due this afternoon.)

Leading creative pros isn’t just about managing tasks—it’s about creating environments where the team flourishes, talent is developed and retained, and you’re doing work that you are proud of.

Don’t face these challenges alone. With Creative Leader Roundtable, you’ll gain access to the tools and resources you need to become a world-class leader.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some common questions that we get about how Creative Leader Roundtable works. Looking for something? Feel free to reach out to us.

We meet virtually ten times per year for 90 minutes. There is 30 minutes of engaging teaching about a topic relevant to leading creative teams, then we break up into groups to discuss and problem-solve together.

We recommend it. However, CLR participants are busy pros with a lot of responsibility. Therefore, if you aren’t able to make every meetup there is always a replay available both as audio and video.

Absolutely! Each license comes with 20 seats, meaning you can invite your entire team or just a select number of leaders in your organization.

Additionally, you’ll receive a guest pass for each roundtable so you can invite a client, a peer, or a teammate.

There are no requirements, but there will be optional personal work to do between sessions. However, don’t worry – it’s not busywork. It’s designed to help you apply what we’ve just discussed, or to prepare you for our next topic.

As of now, yes. It’s possible that there will be a transition to a new group of hosts in the future, but for now Todd will lead every conversation.

We are committed to your growth. If you decide after the first session that CLR isn’t for you, we are happy to offer a refund.

You're seconds away from connecting with a brilliant community of creative leaders.
